International energy company
goes even more diverse
This project focused on creating the Business Case for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and developing a DEI framework and roadmap for the next years. The importance of DEI initiatives were presented to the board of directors and it gained support due to the impact on the organization and workforce.
Bringing agile mindset in a regulated pharma business
This project was about building agile leadership capabilities for leaders of a middle-size German pharma company. Using creative interactive workshop settings, attendees learned to think out-of-the box and how to use creative methods in a highly regulated environment. With the application of new tools and interaction with each other attendees enjoyed a completely different working experience.
Leading manufacturer of high-quality pharmaceuticals manages real change
This project aimed at supporting an ERP implementation and HR transformation with change management. We developed the change architecture, managed the change management plan, created the change story together with key stakeholders, and produced a series of video interviews with the C-level and the project team. Additionally, we developed the training strategy, set up the change agent global network and moderated the lessons learned workshops.
German economic development company pushes Innovation Conference participants out of their comfort zone
More than 1500 conference participants were encouraged to step out of their comfort zone and innovate while visiting nine stations of a creative room that exploited the senses.
Creating future customer strategy for the most visited historical site in Croatia
During the project we discover future visitor’s needs and develop long term communication strategy for the museum.
This strategic project was co-created with more than 140 participants (employees, visitors, local communities, etc.).
A visitor-centric strategy was created with various actions and guidelines inspired by the best practices, project findings and clients capabilities.
Improving the collaboration experience in a Global Pharma company using Service Design Thinking
Communicating across different levels and functions in a global corporate environment is complex and challenging. The project team was introduced to Service Design Thinking, an excellent method to understand the current collaboration experience of employees across different levels and functions and identify the pain points. In a series of creative online workshops, the teams co-created their collaboration model. The process was a big success as, for the first time, people usually working loosely together now felt like a team.
Pre-digitalization in the most significant Croatia local preschool system
This service design project helped to improve the user experience of early and preschool education stakeholders.
The team gathered insights from all preschool system stakeholders, including parents, pedagogical staff, educators, and relevant actors.
Digitalization was implemented based on a customer - centric perspective.
The result was the development of a digital solution optimizing communication between service users and service providers.
Facilitating Service Design education for generation Z
At the prestigious private business school in Zagreb - Croatia, we were helping international students understand the basics of Service Design methodology.
For one semester, students were diligently working on a project for a famous NGO that promotes entrepreneurship.
Result was innovative strategy for NGO focusing on their generation Z market.
Thinking from the patient: How an international pharmaceutical player innovates access to medicines in LMICs
This project aimed to co-create innovative patient access to medicine approaches with teams from 4 different low-middle-income (LMI) countries. Teams learned how to engage with key stakeholders conducting user research.
The teams aligned on key challenges in empathy workshops and co-created solutions in ideation, and prototyping workshops. The project was successful in two ways: 1) creative solutions helped the teams to move forward with their access strategies helping patients getting treated for their disease; 2) teams enjoyed co-creating and owning their solutions while having fun.
